The RRCC would like to thank The Red Raven for giving our community great coffee in an inclusive, DIY atmosphere while time and resources allowed.
We also want to thank everyone that helped it grow and transform over the past 15 or so years through three different locations and a name change (the Roberts St basement, the Stationhouse, and 7th St S in Moorhead). Our hearts ache, but we know those involved continue their commitment to doing good in other ways, working towards impactful change, and living their values. These recipes (Palestinian Hummus and Taboon Flatbread) are their last gifts to us. ♡
